Anyone figured out how to apply Patch v1.04 and v1.05?
I get a "Cannot identify this version of Darkest of Days. Either this version has already been patched, or the files are corrupt."
I've tried it with out the Crack, with the Skidrow Crack, I've tried updating Nvidia PhysX, I've updated everything in the Setup Folder, still no idea how to update it.
It works without the Patch, it's just it's quite clearly poorly optimized, I only get 70FPS on everything High with 2x AA, and it's not that I'm complaining about that, but sometimes I've seen it go down to 45FPS.

I got the error message "OpenAL32.dll was not found" so I went ahead and ran oalinst.exe (like stoleyourshoes and others have suggested) and that worked.
One thing though, when I ran the game for the first time the menu was in German. Wasn't really a problem, I just clicked around in the options and fixed it. I thought I might note it here in case anyone else has a similar problem.

anyway to make it run with Windows 7? just crashes when i hit new game

@ AiTB, you have uploaded the same game (packed: 4.5 GB) on the same day. It's called "Repack", but it has only 3 Seeders (this one has 22 Seeders). So what's the difference here and what are we supposed to do now? I can keep on downloading everything all the time. Would be nice of anyone could shade some light here. Thanks
